We had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring at Brilliant earth. Zoe was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. She was able to go beyond our appointment so we can ask questions and finalize our selections. We were able to try multiple settings and even find things online that matched our style. Super easy to work with and would go back.

I loved my experience with jewelry consultant, Zoe! I had a last minute appointment 25 days before my wedding and she helped me nail down the perfect wedding band! She was patient with me and accommodating when I wanted to try a style they didn’t have in the showroom. She was knowledgeable and taught me a few things too! She even got my ring expedited so it would be here in time for my wedding! Zoe really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect timeless wedding band!

I had a great experience. The pace of the appointment was perfect—it gave me plenty of time to consider my options, and I never felt rushed. During the consultation, I was able to narrow down my preferences for the ring’s shape, carat, cut, and setting. The consultant, Zoe, was patient and clearly explained each of the diamond grading parameters. She showed me several diamonds so I could see how the different ratings compared in person, which was incredibly helpful. She also took the time to go over ring care, maintenance, and insurance options, which made me feel much more at ease. Overall, the appointment was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing a ring. I now feel far more confident and comfortable navigating all the available options.
